over put hand firmly on hip and push, or as, walking alongside, tug on lead shank chain-over-the nose in requested direction
over - i have also been using this in my free lunge jumping sessions, directing over a chosen jump
'go on' also helpful in encouraging forward movement, i.e. over fences
